Refund policy
Warranty
Every Lakesurf purchase comes with peace of mind included. We stand behind our products 100% and we will replace or fix any product with a detrimental manufacturing defect that causes premature failure for the duration of the warranty period at no cost to you. We will cover the cost of shipping the defective unit back to us, as well as the cost of shipping the new replacement unit to you.
Lakesurf extends a full warranty to all Lakesurf branded products, for a period of 1 year from original purchase date (except for apparel, which has a 30 day warranty.) If a Lakesurf product has a warranty longer than 1 year, it will be noted on its product page.

If you attempt to repair your Lakesurf product with materials that were not supplied by Lakesurf your warrranty will be voided. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, loss, or theft. Example of misuse: allowing your Lakesurf inflatable to be dragged across the ground by a person or by blowing away in the wind, resulting in a hole. Example of misuse: Using sharp objects near your Lakesurf inflatable resulting in a puncture.
Lakesurf reserves the right to determine whether the defect named in a warranty claim is a manufacturing defect or damage that is not covered by warranty, such as damage from misuse. If you incur damage that is not covered by our warranty, you may still be eligible for a free professional repair. Send photos of the damage and we will determine if we can repair it at no cost to you, though you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to and from Lakesurf.
Exchanges
We will exchange your undamaged product for a new product within 30 days of purchase if you so choose. If you are exchanging due to an error made by Lakesurf, then Lakesurf will pay for all shipping charges and the exchange will be no cost to you. Otherwise, you will be in charge of paying for both outbound and inbound shipping. If you are exchanging due to a warranty claim, you may do so for the duration of the warranty period, even after 30 days have elapsed. Purchases made between November 1st and Decemby 25th will have the exchange window extended through January 23rd (30 days from Christmas day).
Returns
In the rare event that there is a detrimental manufacturing defect that causes premature failure, Lakesurf will exchange the problematic product for a new one, at no cost to you, as described in the “General Warranty Information” and “Free Exchanges” sections above.
If you wish to return a product for a refund rather than a free exchange, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be issued after we receive the returned unit in its original packaging. For non-exchange returns, the cost of shipping the unit to you and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the returned unit is damaged, an additional charge will be applied depending on the level of damage. Purchases made between November 1st and December 25th will have the return window extended through January 23rd (30 days from Christmas day).
