Warranty, Exchanges, and Returns

At Lakesurf, we want you to spend more time enjoying the activities you love and less time worrying about your gear. We stand by our products and strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as a glassy lake at sunrise. Here’s how we’ve got your back:

WARRANTY POLICY

Our products are built to last, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered:

  • 1-Year Warranty: Your gear is covered for 365 glorious days (30 days for apparel). If it’s defective, we’ll fix it or replace it for free. No drama. No hassle.
  • Shipping Costs? On Us: Approved warranty claims include free shipping both ways.
  • Out-of-Warranty? Still Got You: We’ll repair products outside of the warranty period for free if we deem them repairable. You just cover shipping both ways.
  • DIY Repairs: Only use repair materials from Lakesurf. We love your enthusiasm, but duct tape isn’t our jam. 
  • Not Covered:
  • Misuse (like using your Lakesurf Balance Board as a jack stand).
  • Abuse (like dragging your Slide Island across the parking lot).
  • Loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs (we’re good, but we can’t fix what’s gone or tinkered with).

EXCHANGE POLICY

Change your mind? No worries. We’re happy to swap it out:

  • 30-Day Window: Exchange any product within 30 days of purchase.
  • Holiday Extension: Bought it during the gifting season? Purchases made between November 1st and December 25th can be exchanged through January 23rd.
  • Shipping Costs: You cover the shipping both ways.
  • Price Adjustments:
  • If your new pick costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
  • If it costs more, we’ll charge you the difference.

RETURN POLICY

If you’re not 100% stoked with your purchase, we’ve got a generous return policy to keep you smiling:

  • 30-Day Window: Return any product within 30 days of purchase for any reason (even if your reason is “my dog doesn’t approve”).
  • Holiday Extension: Just like exchanges, holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 25th are returnable until January 23rd.
  • Shipping Costs: Outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Condition Matters: Returns must be in sellable condition—clean, undamaged, and free of mystery smells.
  • If it comes back looking like it’s been through a mudslide, we may deduct a restocking fee.
