Shipping Policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
We pride ourselves on getting your order out the door quickly. Orders placed before 11 am Pacific Time typically ship same-day and all orders ship within one business day. We do not ship to PO boxes (domestically or internationally) so please provide a street address when you place an order. Customers are responsible to provide a valid shipping address and to track their shipment to ensure a successful delivery. If a package is returned after a failed delivery attempt, the customer may be required to pay the cost of shipping to have the package sent again.
CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous United States with no minimum purchase amount required. The only exception is wakesurf boards for which we offer discounted $25 flat rate shipping. The transit time for Ground shipping (typically via FedEx Home Delivery) is 1 -5 business days, depending on your proximity to our warehouse in Southern California. Discounted flat rates for Next Day Air and Second Day Air are also available for all products.
HAWAII, ALASKA, AND UNITED STATES TERRITORIES
The shipping rate you see at checkout is subsidized by Lakesurf to keep the cost low for you. Typical transit times are 3 – 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
For customers outside of the United States, we want to make it easier for you to purchase from us, so we subsidize your shipping cost. The shipping price you see at checkout includes this discount - we pay more for shipping than that listed price. All duties and taxes are included at checkout so there are no surprise fees when your order is delivered. Most international orders ship via DHL Express with transit times ranging from 2 to 7 business days. Candian customers can expect delivery in 2-3 business days. Smaller items may ship via DHL eCommerce with transit times of 4 - 8 days for Canada and EU and 8 - 14 days for the rest of the world.

We do not ship to the locations listed below. If you live in one of these locations and wish to order from Lakesurf, there are many international parcel forwarding services that can assist you.
