If you aren't satisfied with your Wakesurf Balance Board, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.  In the rare event that there is a problematic manufacturing defect, we will exchange your board free of charge up to one year after purchase - plus, we will pay for the return shipping of the defective unit, the shipping for the new unit, on top of the initial free shipping you received for the first unit.

For returns (not defect exchanges) the cost of shipping the board out to you will be deducted from your refund, and you are also responsible for the shipping cost to return the board back to us. International customers - any customs fees that we pay for the return coming back into the United States will also be deducted from your refund.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, loss, or theft.

If you aren't satisfied with your Wakesurf Edge Shaper, you may return your Wakesurf Edge within 45 days of receipt, and Lakesurf will pay for the return shipping. This means you will receive a full refund and not have to pay for outbound or return shipping. The exception is if you paid for faster shipping upgrade to receive your shaper faster, you will not be refunded the upgraded shipping amount. If you selected "free shipping" at checkout, then you will not pay for any shipping. Risk-free trial is for continental US purchases only.

REGULAR WARRANTY for the rest of the world:

If you aren't satisfied with your Wakesurf Edge Shaper, you may return it for a full refund within 45 days of receipt.  In the rare event that there is a problematic manufacturing defect, we will exchange your Shaper free of charge for 1 year - plus we will pay for the return shipping of the defective unit, the shipping for the new unit, on top of the initial free shipping you received for the first unit. For returns (not exchanges) the cost of shipping both ways will be deducted from your refund.  A $5 restocking fee will be applied to account for the labor and materials used for repackaging the unit.
